Returns & Refunds
1. Custom-Made Policy As all items at VORNIC—including custom car decals, printed apparel, bespoke home goods, 3D-printed automotive accessories, and handcrafted rattan items—are produced specifically for your order, all sales are final once production begins.
2. Cancellations You may request an order cancellation only before your design enters the printing or manufacturing queue. Once the production process has started, the order cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded, as the materials are already processed to your unique specifications.
3. Quality Guarantee (Defects & Errors) We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is structurally defective or significantly differs from the design proof approved, we are committed to resolving the issue.
- Notification Window: Please contact shopvornic@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Resolution Process: To qualify for a complimentary reprint or replacement, please provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” sizing discrepancies resulting from incorrect customer measurements, or minor color variations inherent in different printing mediums (e.g., fabric vs. ceramic vs. vinyl).
4. Shipping & Logistics All custom orders are managed through our centralized fulfillment network to ensure secure global transit. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier transit times or customs clearance.
