1. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading any graphics, logos, images, or text designs for custom car stickers, commercial printing, or personalized merchandise, you explicitly warrant that:
- You possess full legal ownership or hold the appropriate licenses and permissions for the uploaded content.
- The artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
- VORNIC acts strictly as a printing and manufacturing service provider. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates public policy or appears to infringe on registered trademarks.
2. Printing Specifications, Color Matching, & Variances
Because every order is custom-made based on digital files, you acknowledge and agree to the following industry-standard printing practices:
- Color Accuracy: Digital screens display colors in RGB, whereas commercial printing processes utilize CMYK or eco-solvent ink profiling. Slight color variations between what you see on your screen and the final physical product are normal and do not constitute a product defect.
- Size & Cutting Variances: Due to the precision mechanical cutting tools used for automotive decals and stickers, a minor margin of variance (up to 1–2 mm) in cutting borders may occur.
3. Custom Product Cancellations & No-Return Policy
As all our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we operate under the following policy:
- No Cancellation Post-Production: Once your order enters the production and printing phase, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded, as the materials are already processed.
- Final Sale on Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-printed car stickers, bespoke marketing materials, and tailored items, these products are non-returnable.
- Exemptions: Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of a structural manufacturing defect or gross printing error on our part. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence if you believe your order is defective.
4. Limitation of Liability
VORNIC provides its website and manufacturing services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We shall not be held liable for any damages that arise from:
- Misapplication, improper installation, or paint damage resulting from the use or removal of our custom vehicle decals.
- Typos, grammatical errors, or poor image resolution contained within the original files uploaded by the customer.
