At VORNIC, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our custom car stickers, premium commercial prints, and bespoke merchandise. Because our products are highly personalized and manufactured to your exact specifications, our return and refund policies differ from standard mass-produced retail goods.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Goods Policy

In strict compliance with international consumer protection laws and standard trade practices for personalized manufacturing:

  • All sales of custom-designed vehicle decals, customized corporate marketing materials, and tailored apparel are final.
  • Once your custom order has entered the printing or manufacturing phase, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
  • These products are exempt from standard 14-day cooling-off or “change of mind” return regulations, as they cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Issues Covered Under Warranty (Defects & Errors)

We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. We will gladly arrange for a complimentary reprint or issue a replacement if there is a verified manufacturing error on our part:

  • Structural Defects: The product arrives torn, damaged during transit prior to opening, or exhibits clear material failure.
  • Gross Sorting Errors: We accidentally shipped the wrong size, wrong item, or a completely incorrect design file that does not match the approved proof you uploaded.

To report a defect, you must contact us at shopvornic@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the issue along with your order number.


3. Issues Not Covered (Exclusions)

VORNIC cannot be held responsible, and will not issue refunds or reprints, for issues resulting from customer-end errors, including but not limited to:

  • Low-Resolution Files: Pixellation or blurriness caused by uploading low-quality artwork, screenshots, or low-DPI graphics.
  • Typos & Design Errors: Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or placement inaccuracies present in the customer’s original uploaded files.
  • Improper Installation: Bubbling, tearing, peeling, or vehicle paint damage caused by improper application, lack of surface cleaning, or incorrect removal of our car decals.
  • Standard Printing Variances: Minor variations in color shades (RGB screen profiles vs. CMYK/solvent ink printing) or minor cutting variances within 1–2 mm.
