Below you will find everything you need to know about how we securely craft and deliver your orders.

1. Production & Processing Time

Since we sell both in‑stock ready‑to‑ship items and fully custom‑made car decals, processing times differ:

Ready‑Stock Items: Orders will be dispatched within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom Car Stickers & Decals:
After we receive and confirm your final approved design file, production requires 3‑5 business days.
You may customize via our online editor, upload your own artwork, or contact our support via chat to let our team create artwork according to your requirements.

All production timelines are business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Production begins immediately after your final design files are uploaded and approved by our team.

2. Shipping Zones & Transit Times

Once production is complete, your package is securely handed over to our global logistics partners. We ship via premium express lines to ensure your custom products arrive in pristine condition.

United States & Asia: 7–12 business days (Shipped via premium tracked air freight lines).
Germany & Europe: 5–9 business days (Dispatched and routed efficiently to provide reliable local delivery).
Note for custom orders:
Total turnaround from design approval to fastest delivery: 6‑7 business days. Actual arrival depends on international carrier performance.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 on all standard orders.
Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.

4. Order Tracking

Every single order leaves our facility with a fully functional tracking number.

As soon as your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your custom order 24/7 via our website or directly through the carrier’s portal.
